Sound and Light

Kraftetaten (Kraft) are Kvarteret's sound and lighting technicians. Here, you control technique at both concerts, theater performances and debates - all of which should of course look (and sound) the very best. 

For this task, we have one of the city's largest equipment parks available - including streaming equipment! Professional equipment also comes in handy when playing around with and learning new techniques alongside others. You do not need any prior knowledge to join us, but creative and practical skills are an advantage. After all, you should be involved in creating memorable shows!

Kvarteret has one of Bergen's best intimate concert venues, and is occasionally visited by some of the best in the industry. In addition to concerts, you get to try out both large and small productions of a varied nature, for example TV productions with the The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK).

Kraft has three subgroups: audio, light and video.

TIME ESTIMATE: In Kraft, you work 1 shift a week and it can be work available every day of the week. In addition, you meet every Monday at 18:00 - 21:00 for equipment maintenance, training and social.
