The PR group is Kvarteret's promoters and marketers and makes sure that Kvarteret is visible everywhere to the students of Bergen!
We always need fresh eyes in this work. PR-etaten is a versatile gang that is well equipped. You do not need any prior knowledge to join! We have photo equipment, as well as access to a number of tools and software that make it easy to play with promotion in practice.
PR-etaten is divided into four subgroups. The groups work a little differently from week to week, but together they all run the Kvarteret's many channels and ensure that the outside world can easily stay up to date on what's going on at Kvarteret.
produces graphic material for print and display on screens and in social media. Here it is useful if you have knowledge of programs in the Adobe package, but no formal requirements. We also have a couple of licenses available and also use the tool Canva for graphic production on the go.
The IT group operates and further develops Kvarteret's websites and our internal personell databases. The tasks are versatile and apply to both frontend and backend. The IT group is a social group where you easily learn from and alongside other people.
Photo takes pictures of concerts and events during the year. There is a lot of exciting happening at the house. As a photographer, you get to participate in many cool events - also those that are arranged by other organisations, depending on whether they have their own photographer that day.
promotes the various events that take place at Kvarteret in social media and answers questions from the audience. In addition, they develop ideas and plan campaigns or other attractions for special events. In SoMe you can also do simple, graphic creations.
