Studentersamfunnet i Bergen

Studentersamfunnet i Bergen (Samfunnet) is Vestlands biggest arena for lectures and debates, with at least 5 meetings every week. As a driftsorganisasjon at Kvarteret, Samfunnets members also receives the same benefits as members at the students culture house, Kvarteret.
 
Samfunnet is a politically independent forum for societal- and cultural debates, and a natural meeting point for all passionate bergensers and students of Bergen. Both conveyance and parties is on our agenda, and Samfunnet invites to appr. 60 events each semester! The lineup is planned, booked and followed through by volunteering students fra the ctitys different educational institutes. Debates, clothes-swapping evenings, and breakfast meetings about football is to be expected. 

The meetings are open for everybody (not only students!) and you get entrance by buying a ticket for the whole semester for the low price of 50 NOK. This ticket is also equivalent to a guest membership in Samfunnet. The ticket gives you access to all events until the end of the semester, with a few exceptions: Additional entrance fees may be present on selected party concepts and/or concerts. As a guest member of Samfunnet, you also get voting rights at Studentersamfunnets general assembly.
