Roombooking

You have to send in a request to our bookingsystem. The request is then processed by our room-coordinator. The booking is valid when you have received confirmation in your email.

Details about the event must be filled in as accurate as possible in the booking form. It is important to include what facilities you will need.

Bookingrequests for the spring semester is processed from the 1st of December. The autumns semesters bookingrequests is processed from the 1st of June.
